The OSCE is Part 2 of the QLTS assessment and is structured principally around the skills of Interviewing, Advocacy/Oral Presentation, Online Legal Research, Legal Drafting and Legal Writing.
The OSCE runs across several days and is conducted in the context of three legal practice areas: Business Law, Litigation (Civil and Criminal) and Property Law (Conveyancing, Wills and Probate).
There is no limit on the number attempts you may take the OSCE.
