There are 300 mock exams with model answers which cover each of the following five practice areas: Dispute Resolution; Property Practice; Business Law and Practice; Criminal Practice; and Wills and the Administration of Estates and Trusts. On each of the practice areas, there are mock exams for each of the seven skills: Client Interviewing and preparation of an attendance note/legal analysis which is linked to the client interview; Advocacy; Legal research; Legal writing; legal drafting; and Case and Matter Analysis. The mock exams are available online and are in a similar format to the actual exam, including a time limit.
