Where could the qualifying work experience be gained?

Updated over a year ago

Any work-based experience that allowed a candidate to develop the competences in the Statement of Solicitor Competence could count towards this requirement, for example, periods of experience acquired under a formal training contract, or through working in a student law clinic, as an apprentice or a paralegal, or through placement as part of a sandwich degree could all contribute to this requirement.
